GCM field staff are generally placed in positions of high visibility and spiritual leadership, so our selection process focuses on an applicant’s ministry skills, character, and maturity. We believe that biblical standards of conduct must be maintained. The application process relies heavily on the recommendation of local church leaders, because missionaries are approved, commissioned and given spiritual oversight by their church leaders.
